Shipping policy

  • We ship pecans throughout the U.S. using FedEx (no international orders at this time.)
  • FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • We ship nationwide, using FedEx 2day Monday-Wednesday. Unless there’s a national holiday then orders are processed or shipped the next business day. 
  • Orders are fulfilled Monday-Wednesday.
  • We fulfill all orders in the order in which they are received. High demand may result in delays or additional processing days.
  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery times for packages not received due to incorrect addresses.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event that someone is not available to receive the package when delivered. FedEx may require a signature for delivery.
  • Increased demand due to the holiday season (typically November + December) may result in processing delays. Processing times are separate from shipping times. Additional delays may come up due to increased package volume of shipping carrier.
